電子電機產業分析應用 |

由於電子與電機工業之快速發展,電子產品淘汰的速度也越來越快,隨之改變為相關多種零件物質如塑膠 、金屬 、陶瓷 、玻璃、 溶劑及化學品之製程發展及諸多電子垃圾對環境之衝擊儼然成為電子電機工業最為迫切之議題。
在電子電機領域中為符合RoHS相應之需求,諸如許多環保材料之開發如PVC,ABS,PC,奈米材料及複合材料之研發需要藉由如TGA,DMA,DSC,TGA及熱裂解氣相色譜連用等材料分析儀器外,其他如改善製程良率相關之FTIR,Microscope-FTIR,Auger對IC封裝應用,電鍍液分析用用中如:ICP-OES,AA,UV等無機分析儀器對電鍍液槽中主要元素、微量元素之監測,對各總材料中重金屬主成之研究;IC,HPLC對電子電機製程中化學成分陰陽離子之監測汙染物及化學試劑之研判,儀器分析皆扮演相當重要角色。
